Find the student you need to update and double-click their name to open their Student Profile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">From the Student Profile, you can edit personal details including the student&#8217;s unique identifier, first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, gender, and year level. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Please note that a student&#8217;s email address cannot be manually edited here. If a student has no email address, it means their login is currently disabled. To <a href=\"https:\/\/scribehow.com\/viewer\/Generating_a_students_email_address__Q3amtdEHQxKx3khwfCcqNQ\">generate their email<\/a>, return to the Students list and click the lock icon on the left-hand side next to the student&#8217;s name. This will enable their login and automatically generate an email address in the format of firstnamelastname@schoolname.
