Learning Reviews

1 min read

Learning Reviews are targeted assessments created directly from the Learning Spotlight, allowing teachers to assign curriculum-specific questions to students based on identified gaps.

To create a Learning Review, complete a Learning Spotlight then select the bubbles you wish your students to work on. Once you have selected your desired bubbles, click Create Gap Assessment in the top-right.

From here, select the questions you want to include in the review by clicking the circles on each question card. You can switch between curriculum code tabs to browse different question sets, and tick Randomise Questions if you’d like the question order to be shuffled for students. The number in brackets next to each code shows how many questions are available for it. Using Select All will include every question for that code, which can easily result in reviews with over 100 questions, so use this with care.

Once your questions are selected, click Assign Learning Review, give the review a name, and click Save. Any students who were within the bubbles you selected will be automatically assigned the review. To assign additional students, navigate to Reviews, select the review, click Assign, open the dropdown for the relevant class, select the students you want to include, click Save, and confirm.
