To reset a teacher’s password, navigate to Schools and select the Teachers tab. From the list of teachers, locate the teacher whose password you need to reset.
To reset an individual teacher’s password, click the Reset Password button next to their name, enter a temporary password, then click Reset Password to confirm.
To reset passwords for multiple teachers at once, select the circles next to each teacher’s email address, then click the Bulk Reset button in the top-right corner. Enter a temporary password and click Reset Password to apply it to all selected teachers.
Please note that temporary passwords are valid for 30 days. Teachers must log in and change their password within this period, otherwise the temporary password will expire.
